Description

Support the team in managing the issuance, renewal, endorsements, and cancellation of insurance policies and surety bonds related to real estate projects. The role will also assist with document management, policy tracking, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the analysis of client needs and act as a point of contact with insurance brokers, helping identify specific requirements and risks associated with each contract.
- Assist with the issuance, renewal, endorsement, and cancellation of insurance policies and surety bonds.
- Review coverage, costs, and terms before proposals are submitted.
- Respond to internal inquiries related to insurance policies and surety bond requirements.
- Support the Finance and Legal teams during insurance claims and surety bond execution processes.
- Maintain and update documentation related to active insurance policies and surety bonds.
- Support the preparation of management reports and KPIs.

- Basic to intermediate English proficiency.

Requirements

Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Economics, Law or related area. (only student)

Experience

- Experience or academic exposure to insurance, surety bonds, or the real estate sector is a plus.
