Must-Have Requirements (Non‑Negotiable) 7+ years of experience as Accounting & Tax Manager Fluent English (able to report and present to corporate teams in other countries) Automotive industry experience (OEM, Tier 1, Tier 2) Experience in national manufacturing or maquiladora operations Import/export processes Customs compliance IMMEX / VAT certifications Fiscal requirements for manufacturing plants
Proven experience reporting to international corporate headquarters
Willingness to relocate to Veracruz
Strong background in tax compliance, audits, financial reporting, monthly/yearly closing, and interaction with fiscal authorities
