Sales Finance Associate Analyst

The Opportunity in Mexico City!

Join PepsiCo’s Sales Finance team and help turn financial data into business insights. In this role, you will support the analysis of sales performance, revenue, profitability, and commercial investments, helping the business understand results and identify opportunities for growth. You will work closely with Sales, Finance, and cross-functional teams, gaining hands-on experience in financial planning, reporting, and business analysis while developing your career in a global organization.

Your Impact

- Analyze business performance: Track sales, revenue, profitability, and commercial expenses to understand business results.
- Support financial reporting: Prepare periodic reports and compare actual results against forecasts, budgets, and previous periods.
- Contribute to planning activities: Support monthly forecasts,



annual budgets, and financial planning processes.
- Turn data into insights: Identify trends, investigate variances, and help explain the key factors behind business performance.
- Improve reporting tools: Use Excel and analytical tools to organize data, streamline reports, and improve visibility of financial results.
- Collaborate across teams: Work with Sales, Finance, and other stakeholders to consolidate information and support business decisions.
- Ensure data accuracy: Maintain reliable financial information and support established reporting processes and controls.
- Support business reviews: Prepare analyses and presentations for team discussions and management reviews.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Up to 2 years of experience in finance, reporting, data analysis, internships, or similar analytical activities.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with data.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Attention to detail, organization, and willingness to learn.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different teams.

Nice to Have

- Exposure to financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting,



or variance analysis.
- Familiarity with SAP, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.
