Job Title: Senior Salesforce QA Engineer – CRT (Copado Robotic Testing)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce QA Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce testing and Copado Robotic Testing (CRT). The adecuado candidate should be capable of contributing from day one, developing comprehensive test strategies, maintaining large-scale automated test suites, and collaborating with development and business teams to ensure high-quality releases.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze functional and technical requirements, mapping documents, and translate them into comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Develop, execute, and maintain automated test cases using CRT and TOSCA.
- Write and maintain 500+ automated test cases, ensuring adequate test coverage and reliability.
- Perform Salesforce functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Participate in test case review meetings, document defects, and coordinate defect resolution with development and Business Systems Analyst (BSA) teams.
- Analyze test execution results and validate existing functionality.
- Create and maintain defect metrics, testing reports, and project progress updates.




- Communicate daily testing progress, risks, and issues to the QA Lead and project stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively with onsite and offshore teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve QA processes, testing standards, and automation efficiency.
- Ensure timely delivery of thoroughly tested Salesforce features that meet business requirements.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in QA engineering, with a strong focus on Salesforce.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce.com and Salesforce Cloud or similar cloud platforms.
- Extensive practical experience with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT).
- Proven experience writing and maintaining 500+ automated test cases using CRT and/or TOSCA.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test planning, test case design, defect management, and regression testing.
- Experience collaborating with developers, BSAs, QA Leads, and onsite-offshore delivery teams.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
