? Idóneo Candidate Profile:
- Degree in Education, Languages, Foreign Languages, or a related field.
- B2 level of English or higher.
- Previous experience teaching Spanish.
- Excellent communication and teaching skills.
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and a strong passion for helping others.
- Customer service experience or excellent skills in providing an outstanding student experience.
- Ability to teach students of different ages and proficiency levels.
- Willingness to adapt to different teaching styles.
- Availability to work full-time on a fixed schedule assigned by the company.
Working hours may fall within the morning, afternoon, or evening, depending on operational needs and student assignments.
