About the role
This is a specialist role supporting Mexico implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 as we migrate off SAP, with a clear focus on the source-to-pay (STP) and treasury workstream. Reporting to the Finance ERP Transformation Manager and working as part of the wider transformation program, your focus will be the design and mapping of the system requirements across cash management, reconciliation and reporting, month-end close, compliance and controls, and process optimization.
Alongside the system design, you will play a central role in managing the move to a new national banking partner and the software that sits over Dynamics 365 to give the business clear, daily visibility of cash. You will work closely with the Finance Director & Controller and the finance group transformation team at corporate headquarters.
This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who knows treasury and STP from the inside and can bring structure to a period of change.
Your responsibilities
- Conduct Mexico implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 as the specialist for the STP and treasury workstream, designing and mapping the system requirements across the areas below (including local requirements)
- Cash management and liquidity: design intercompany settlement and cash flow forecasting processes that ensure sufficient liquidity for daily operational requirements.
- Reconciliation and reporting: establish bank, balance sheet and intercompany reconciliation processes within the system, supporting accurate and timely management and group reporting.
- Month-end close: configure and validate the treasury inputs to the close, such as foreign exchange rates and interest, to support a timely close.
- Compliance and controls: ensure all financial records and banking transactions align with company procedures, IFRS and strict internal controls.
- Process optimization: identify manual tasks across the STP and treasury cycles and drive process improvements and reporting automation using tools such as Excel, Power BI and treasury management systems.
- Lead the move to the new banking system and implement the key software sitting over Dynamics 365 to maximize transparency of daily cash flow and cash data.
- Support testing, user acceptance testing and cutover for the treasury and STP modules, with post go-live support to stabilize the new processes.
- Manage internal stakeholders, consultants, and business-as-usual and project professionals through the transition.
- Liaise with Group and international stakeholders to ensure uniformity of process and reporting across all STP and treasury matters.
The experience we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Engineering or related.
- Solid experience experience in accounts payable, corporate treasury, corporate control or a shared services environment.
- Experience dealing with banking partners, including onboarding to a new banking relationship.
- Hands-on experience contributing to an ERP implementation.
- Proficiency with ERPs, accounts payable softwares, banking portals and treasury management systems.
- Excel and Power BI skills for reporting and automation.
- Strong analytical capabilities and a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly with a range of stakeholders across the business.
- Collaborative and pragmatic, able to work effectively across finance, technology and external partners.
