Requirements
- Accounting or Tax Degree, minimum of 5 yrs of experience
- Fluent in English
- Computer skills: SAT website, Office (Excel: intermediate-advanced)
- High work standards, honesty, and attention to detail
Key Accountabilities
- Calculation and payment preparation of all taxes (monthly and annual), according to the current Tax legislation in Mexico
- Monthly, annual and informative Tax Filings
- Filing and follow up of Tax refund requests
- Calculation of monthly intercompany invoices
- Monthly information package to Corporate (USA)
- Coordinate monthly and annual audits, as well as Audited financial statements
- Attention to Tax Authorities requests, audits, and general relationship
- Filing of monthly reports of gas consumption to Tax Authorities
- Monthly Journal entries and account reconciliations
