As a Track & Trace Agent on our Domestic team, you follow every load from pickup to delivery. Your day is built on steady, consistent routines: status calls with carriers and drivers, updating the customer and team, and documenting every event in the system. You'll secure proof of delivery (POD), log detention time, and score carrier performance on our carrier report card.

When something starts to slip, you catch it early and act before it turns into an escalation. You'll need to track and trace, dispatch, logistics coordination or customer service experience, strong attention to detail, clear phone communication, and comfort with a TMS.

Required Experience

1. Track and trace, dispatch, logistics coordination, or customer service experience preferred
