Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to solve problems. Supervise, train, and support direct production staff; coordinate their activities. Manage timekeeping and personnel control (including internal staff movements by area). Conduct process audits to prevent non-conformities and identify improvement opportunities in Safety, Quality, Process, and 5 S. Lead responsible areas and implement improvements and action plans.
