Role Description This is an on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Cancún, ROO.

The Real Estate

Agent will support clients throughout the property transaction process, including identifying suitable properties, conducting property tours, and explaining key features and benefits. The role involves advising clients on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements, preparing and reviewing contracts and other documentation, and coordinating with lenders, attorneys, and inspectors as needed.

The Real Estate

Agent will handle negotiations between buyers and sellers, maintain accurate records of listings and transactions, and provide ongoing customer service before and after closing. The position requires active prospecting, follow-up on leads, and participation in local marketing activities and open houses to grow the client base.

Qualifications

- Possess a valid Real Estate License and a strong understanding of Real Estate practices and regulations.




- Demonstrated Customer Service skills with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Proven Sales experience, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Knowledge of Real Property laws, contracts, and standard documentation used in real estate transactions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in en_US; proficiency in Spanish is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Cancún, ROO, with reliable transportation and flexibility to meet clients on evenings and weekends when needed.
- Comfort with basic digital tools, including CRM systems, email, and property listing platforms.
- Previous experience in residential or commercial real estate, or a related sales field, is an advantage.
