Key Responsibilities

● Coordinate the customer order fulfillment process by identifying, recording, and maintaining all appropriate customer, product, and delivery information.

● Make tailor-made solutions for existing and prospective customers by proposing solutions, taking quality and pricing into account.





● Organize shipments from A-Z and ensure a high level of quality at the best price.

● Strict implementation of the customer process.

● Manage and coordinate activities of drivers and suppliers.

● Service follow-up by indicating possible anomalies that may occur during the transport and finding the best way to solve or limit the consequences.

● Follow customs process and documentation.

As a Customer Specialist, you will:

● Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

● Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and concerns promptly and professionally.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

● Continuously improve our customer support processes.

Requirements

● 1-3 years of experience in the field of transportation planning is a plus.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Fluent in both English and Spanish.

● Strong problem-solving abilities.

● Customer-centric mindset.

● Previous experience in Logistics, Supply Chain and Transport is a plus.
