Responsibilities

- Support the monitoring of requirements issued by local regulatory authorities such as CONDUSEF, CNBV, PROFECO, BANXICO, and others.
- Support the execution of Financial Education Program activities in collaboration with AMFE and CONDUSEF.
- Perform monitoring and testing activities and document results.
- Track and monitor Risk Acceptances, observations,



and findings to support timely remediation.
- Support the intake, investigation, documentation, and follow-up of complaints in coordination with Legal Counsel.
- Support the preparation and submission of responses to inquiries received from the CNBV.
- Prepare Compliance dashboards, metrics, and regulatory reports.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
