Scope Of Responsibility

You will take ownership and lead the process for the following areas (not limited to):

- Manage carrier assignments and shipment execution by evaluating cost, capacity, and

service performance to meet customer requirements.




- Oversee daily shipment monitoring, system updates, and customer communications to ensure service expectations are met, including support as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise with shipments.
- Coordinate dispatch-related activities, ensuring drivers receive required documentation

and shipment instructions.
- Prepare and provide customer freight quotes by analyzing transportation options and

recommending cost-effective solutions.
- On an as-needed basis, be available remotely for after-hours emergency support on a

rotating basis.
- Any other duties assigned by management.

Must Haves Essential Skills & Experience:

- Strong attention to detail to accomplish tasks thoroughly and accurately.
- Effective customer service skill set.
- Ability to independently plan, organize and prioritize effectively.
- Must be able to meet deadlines easily.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer literacy and advanced Microsoft Office knowledge specifically in Word, Excel,

and PowerPoint. Education & Language

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
- Candidates must be able to speak, read, and write in English & Spanish fluently.
