Objetivo: Responsable de mantener el equipo en operación y de asegurar la producción de partes en: Calidad, Costo - Productividad y Tiempo-Entregas, en condiciones seguras. En conjunto con las áreas de soporte, su equipo de trabajo y Coordinador, realiza acciones preventivas y correctivas para mejorar el desempeño de los equipos y de los productos fabricados.
Actividades claves de la posición:
- Inspección de los productos fabricados y/o operación de los equipos, asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos de producción (Calidad, Costo-Productividad y Tiempo-Entregas).
- Es la persona directamente responsable de parar las máquinas en caso de desviaciones en el producto y proceso; así como, de informar al Coordinador y áreas de soporte para que se tomen las acciones pertinentes.
- Realiza y documenta las pruebas realizadas al producto de acuerdo a lo indicado en los planes de control; así como, garantiza el registro adecuado de la rastreabilidad de materiales.
- Realiza y coordina a su equipo de trabajo durante la realización de cambios de modelo en las máquinas, así como, garantizar que existan las condiciones adecuadas para la fabricación por medio de pruebas de liberación, ajustes y verificación de sistemas Poka-Yokes.
- Realiza y documenta los mantenimientos del primer nivel (cotidianos, plan de limpieza) máquinas.
- Asegurar condiciones de seguridad en su operación, así como, control operacional para aspectos ambientales.
- Realiza y documenta las pruebas realizadas al productor de acuerdo a lo indicado en los planes de control; así como garantiza el registro adecuado de la rastreabilidad de materiales.
