Title: Salesforce Business Analyst
We are looking for a detailed-oriented Salesforce Business Analyst to serve as the key bridge between business stakeholders and technical execution teams. In this role, you will analyze business processes, gather and document requirements, map out end-to-end user workflows, and translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications. You will also collaborate closely with Salesforce Developers and System Administrators to ensure delivered solutions drive efficiency, adoption, and maximum business value.

Required Qualifications:
Experience:



8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on the Salesforce ecosystem.
Platform Knowledge: Hands-on experience across key Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Revenue/CPQ).
Core Technical & Analytical Skills:
• Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Miro, Visio).
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks and management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Solid working knowledge of Salesforce administrative capabilities (Reports & Dashboards, Flow Builder, Permission Sets).
