- Strong English proficiency, spoken and written (B2+/C1 preferred).
- Previous experience teaching English (junior high experience a plus).
- Ability to work with adolescents and promote meaningful learning.
- Strong classroom - management potential and communication skills.
- Interest in teaching English language, reading and literacy.
- Responsible, collaborative, and committed to student learning.
- Bachelor´s degree required. Education, English, Languages, or a related fiel preferred.
- Willingness to participate in training and ongoing professional development.
