Your Mission: What You’ll Do

As an SEO & AI Project Manager , you will drive key initiatives, solve complex challenges, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to help our clients scale and succeed.

Manage SEO and AI search (GEO/AEO) projects for multiple clients from kickoff to delivery.

Build project plans, timelines, and deliverables, and keep work on track and within scope.

Coordinate writers, SEO specialists, developers, and designers on technical SEO, content, and link-building work.

Run client calls, share progress updates, and manage expectations clearly and confidently.

Track rankings, traffic, and AI visibility (citations in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews), and prepare reports.

Do keyword research and content gap analysis to shape strategy.

Use AI tools and automations to make project delivery faster and more efficient.

Document processes and improve agency workflows.

Who You Are: What Makes You a Great Fit

Core Must-Haves





3+ years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or project management at an agency.

Strong understanding of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.

Interest in and working knowledge of AI search and LLM optimization.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients at once.

Excellent written and spoken English.

Experience with project management tools and reporting dashboards.

Bonus Points (Superpowers)

Certifications: Google Analytics, SEO (Semrush, HubSpot), PMP, or Scrum certifications.

Technical Exposure: Familiarity with Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, Looker Studio, ClickUp or Asana, and LLM tools.

Domain Knowledge: Background in SEO, AI search (GEO/AEO), or content-led growth agencies serving multiple clients.
