Our team works with professional agencies and MCNs to expand the livestreaming ecosystem, improve agency capabilities, and deliver long-term growth across markets.

Responsibilities
Creators are at the center of our operations. As a Senior Agency Growth Manager, you will lead a team responsible for agency growth and performance, translate market signals and data into clear priorities, and drive execution through team members and cross-functional partners.
1. Agency Strategy and Business Growth
- Develop TikTok LIVE Latam agency growth strategies covering recruitment, retention, monetization, and sustainable business expansion.
- Design and iterate agency benefit systems, growth programs, and operating mechanisms that improve agency performance and revenue outcomes.
- Identify market opportunities and operational risks through data analysis, frontline observation,



and agency feedback; turn insights into clear team priorities and execution plans.
- Build scalable agency success cases and strengthen the positive impact of working with the platform across the agency community.
- Own key business metrics, review performance regularly, diagnose gaps, and adjust strategy based on measurable results.
2. Team Leadership and Execution
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of agency managers, setting clear goals, operating standards, and accountability for business outcomes.
- Translate strategy into actionable plans for team members, provide timely guidance, and ensure consistent execution across agency portfolios.
- Build a high-performing team through hiring, capability development, performance management, and effective resource allocation.
- Create a fact-based decision culture in which data, market observation, and customer insight guide priorities and actions.
