Role Overview
We are looking for a HubSpot Solutions Architect to sit at the intersection of sales, technology and client strategy. You will be the technical heartbeat of our sales process: helping prospects understand what is possible, designing solutions that actually work, and ensuring seamless handoffs to our delivery team.
You will support opportunities across all our markets, working alongside Account Executives, marketing and consulting teams to win business and set clients up for success from day one.
What You'll Do
Drive business development and sales engagement
• Lead discovery calls and technical sales conversations to understand prospect challenges and objectives
• Design and present tailored HubSpot and services solutions that clearly map to prospect needs
• Deliver product demonstrations, proofs-of-concept and technical presentations that set our offering apart
• Recommend the right combination of HubSpot hubs, tiers and service packages
• Partner with Account Executives on proposals that are technically sound, commercially realistic and aligned with client goals
Architect solutions that bridge sales and delivery
• Work with delivery, operations and technical teams to validate feasibility and scope accuracy
• Translate complex business requirements into clearly defined, accurately estimated solution plans
• Review and quality-check scopes of work, statements of work, and project outlines before they reach the client
• Act as the bridge bet
