Roles will begin fully remote and transition to a hybrid schedule of three days per week in-office once the space is established. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to support the execution of retail media and paid search campaigns across various platforms. In this role,



you will work closely with senior team members to execute established strategies, maintain campaign performance, and assist in delivering a positive client experience.
This position focuses on hands-on execution, reporting, and learning core retail media and paid search fundamentals. You will assist with campaign setup, performance tracking, and data analysis while developing your skills in digital advertising and eCommerce.
Campaign Execution & Account Support
Execute paid search and retail media campaigns based on established strategies and guidance from senior team members
Assist with campaign setup, including organization, keyword structure, tagging, budget pacing, and reporting configuration
Support internal team members in managing client accounts and preparing materials for client interactions
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Track campaign performance against defined KPIs and maintain regular reporting dashboards
