what you will do:
- develop and implement comprehensive maintenance programs utilizing the integral eam system to ensure optimal operation of equipment and facilities.
- oversee the installation, inspection, and maintenance of all plant equipment , tooling and systems.
- collaborate with engineering, operations, and management teams to support the facility's operational objectives.
- conduct regular performance reviews and provide training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.
- lead root cause analysis and troubleshooting efforts to resolve equipment issues promptly and effectively.
- manage spendings for maintenance operations,
ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations and standards .
- drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes, reduce downtime, and increase equipment reliability.
- stay informed about the latest maintenance technologies and best practices, implementing relevant advancements when appropriate .
- build and maintain relationships with equipment and service vendors to support plant equipment.
