we are looking for sap successfactors specialists to join projects focused on configuration, implementation, support, and continuous improvement of human capital management solutions for a major organization in the banking industry.

areas of focus

- sap successfactors – talent & succession management: talent management, succession planning, functional configuration, and hr process improvement.
- sap successfactors – performance management: performance management, goal setting, functional configuration, and optimization of performance evaluation processes.
- sap successfactors – time off / time tracking: time-off management, timesheets, time tracking, business rules, and workflow configuration.

requirements

- hands-on experience configuring and supporting sap successfactors in at least one of the specialties listed above.
- experience gathering business requirements, conducting functional analysis, and designing solutions.
- knowledge of hr processes and integration with other sap successfactors modules.
- experience with functional testing, incident resolution, and continuous improvement.




- experience working with agile methodologies and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- advanced english proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international environment.
- education: bachelor's degree completed; professional degree certificate is mandatory.

experience requirements by specialization

- talent & succession management: relevant certification or a minimum of 8 years of hands-on configuration experience.
- performance management: relevant certification or a minimum of 8 years of hands-on configuration experience.
- time off / time tracking: hands-on experience with the modules, business rule configuration, time valuation, and workflows.

- configure, maintain, and optimize the relevant sap successfactors modules.
- participate in functional testing, system upgrades, releases, and incident resolution.
