We are looking for an experienced
SAP FICO Solutions Architect
to join our team and lead SAP S/4HANA transformation and implementation projects for international clients.
In this role, you will be responsible for
designing end-to-end SAP Finance solutions
, guiding solution architecture decisions, leading customer workshops, and ensuring alignment between business requirements and SAP best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
How You'll Make an Impact:
Lead the design of
end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions
across FI/CO processes.
Define
solution architecture and cross-module integration
with SAP MM, SD, PP, and EWM.
Lead
customer workshops
and translate business requirements into scalable solution designs.
Act as a
trusted advisor to clients
while owning solution
design and delivery
, aligning business needs with implementation strategies, managing stakeholder expectations, guiding functional teams, and ensuring solution quality through implementation and go-live.
Your Expertise:
8+ years of SAP FI/CO experience
, including solution design and architecture.
Proven SAP S/4HANA experience and at least
four
full-cycle implementations
, preferably in a lead or architect role.
Strong knowledge of SAP Finance processes and cross-module integration.
Extensive knowledge of Mexican tax, accounting, and regulatory legislation
, with the ability to translate legal requirements into SAP FI/CO solutions.
Experience in the
pharmaceutical industry is considered an asset
.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to lead client discussions, present recommendations, and bridge business and technical teams.
Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and ability to drive decisions and resolve complex issues.
Advanced English proficiency.
Valid passport and U.S. B1/B2 visa.




Willingness to travel 40%–60%
to client sites, including internationally.
