Responsibilities
Manage patient journey by leveraging internal and external networks to ensure access to treatments
Achieve sales targets and effectively manage healthcare professional panel
Visit healthcare professionals using omnichannel strategies aligned with local policies
Execute and monitor business plans with cross-functional teams including Market Access and Medical Affairs
Administer local micromarketing budget and track field force effectiveness metrics
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed
Intermediate English and advanced/native Spanish proficiency
Valid driver's license with minimum 3 years driving experience
Up to 50% travel availability within Mexico
Desirable background in sales, marketing, or commercial roles
