Pfizer seeks a Manager to execute enterprise data strategy, governance, and analytics solutions in Mexico City. This hands-on data leader will design scalable pipelines, maintain data assets, and enable high-quality business insights while collaborating with analytics, data science, and stakeholder teams.
Responsibilities
Execute enterprise data strategy by delivering pipelines, frameworks, and solutions for analytics teams
Build and maintain reliable data pipelines and curated layers supporting analytics and reporting
Ensure data solutions meet privacy, security, and regulatory compliance requirements
Partner with analytics and data science teams to enable advanced use cases and modeling
Collaborate with business stakeholders to communicate technical concepts and deliver high-quality data products
Requirements
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years data engineering or analytics experience, or Master's with 3+ years, or PhD with 0-2 years
Strong proficiency with SQL, Python, and modern data platforms
Solid understanding of data pipelines, data modeling, and distributed architectures
Ability to translate business requirements into technical data solutions
Working knowledge of data governance, data quality, and compliance concepts
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience in life sciences or regulated environments preferred
