Responsibilities
Manage patient journey and healthcare professional relationships to maximize sales targets and key performance indicators
Execute omnichannel engagement strategies with healthcare professionals aligned with local policies
Collaborate with Market Access and Medical Affairs teams to identify barriers and develop access solutions
Administer micromarketing budget and monitor field force effectiveness metrics against established KPIs
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain ethical business conduct standards
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed
Intermediate English and advanced/native Spanish proficiency
Valid driver's license with minimum three years driving experience
Availability to travel up to 50% within Mexico
Preferred experience in pharmaceutical sales, marketing, or commercial roles
Knowledge of immunology and pharmaceutical industry preferred
