You'll work on challenges that matter.This Job Will Require You ToCarry out the role of representation of the ClientLeader of activities and coaching of plant personnelMaintain approved criteria between the Client and the UAPEnsure the application of the Control PlanStop the process and shipments in case the Safety and/or Quality of the products is affectedMeeting specific customer requirementsMaintenance of the External and Internal Customer PortalsCommunication with Residents & Clients and taking actions in any area of opportunityTrain the operational staff of the UAP in the principles of Quality (Operators, GL and SV)Maintenance of Quality documents, Control Plan and monitoring of AMEF with Process EngineerEnsure that all Customer claims (Int and Ext) are answered in a timely manner through 8DsKeep the UAP and Quality Management informed about the problems in the areaHelp lead continuous improvement activitiesPreparation of documents (Final Control Instructions, Visual Aids, Quality Alerts, etc.)Management of all Customer claims and monitoring until closingCustomer Liaison Management, when applicable.
