SimplyPMG is seeking a Loan Processor to own residential mortgage files from post-originations through closing.
You will gather and verify documentation, review for compliance, and coordinate with customers, loan officers, and partners to deliver timely closings.The role requires experience with Encompass, TRID, and Freddie/Fannie guidelines, plus the ability to manage 25+ files and communicate clearly under deadlines.
Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
