Today, 1,000+ enterprise and public sector organizations use Qureos to make hiring faster through AI-powered sourcing, screening, and interviewing.What you'll doAs anAccount Executive, you'll own Qureos's commercial expansion across Mexico and the wider LatAm market.You'll:- Own thefull sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to demos, negotiation, and closing.
- Build and manage a pipeline ofmid-market and enterprise accounts.
- Engage withHR, Talent Acquisition, and senior business leaders.
- Run consultative discovery calls and demos focused on solving real hiring challenges.
- Work closely with Marketing, SDRs, and Customer Success to drive conversions.
- Keep CRM data and forecasting accurate.
- Identify partnerships and new opportunities to grow across LatAm.
- Help shape ourgo-to-market strategyas we expand beyond Mexico.What we're looking for- 2–6 years of B2B or SaaS sales experiencewith full-cycle closing responsibility.
- Strong knowledge of theMexican market and broader LatAm business landscape.
- A proven track record ofhitting sales quotas.
- Experience selling tomid-market and enterprise customers.
- Experience inHR Tech, AI, SaaS, recruitment tech, or similaris a strong plus.
- Portuguese is a plus.
- Experience with CRMs such asHubSpot or Salesforce.
