You will play a vital role in establishing robust telemetry standards, allowing engineering teams to monitor, debug, and improve system health proactively.What You'll DoDesign and develop high-performance, fault-tolerant backend services and systems.Integrate advanced observability and distributed tracing frameworks across the entire technology stack.Instrument applications to capture critical metrics, logs,
and traces for real-time monitoring.Collaborate with infrastructure and engineering teams to identify system bottlenecks and optimize performance.Establish best practices for application reliability, debugging, and production-level system health reporting.What We Are Looking For5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Elixir Development, or a related field.Proven expertise with Elixir and Rust programming languages.Strong hands-on experience implementing OpenTelemetry for distributed tracing.Proficiency with observability platforms such as Datadog or New Relic.Advanced proficiency in English.How we do make your work (and your life) easier:100% remote work (from anywhere).
