Resolv General is seeking a Partner Support Specialist to own client conversations from kickoff to resolution in a fully remote role.
You will onboard and train clients, troubleshoot issues, and partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure a smooth experience.You'll monitor adoption, address blockers quickly, and lead difficult conversations with empathy and clear communication.
Prior SaaS CS or implementation experience is preferred.
