Role Summary:Lead a cross-functional pod to deliver high-impact digital products with predictable cadence, quality, and business value.Key Responsibilities:Facilitate agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives.Drive sprint execution, dependency management, and risk mitigation.Partner with Product Owner and engineering leads to maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog.Track and improve delivery metrics (lead time, throughput, predictability).
Remove blockers and foster ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.Coordinate with architecture, operations, security, and governance functions.AI Skills for This Role:Use AI tools to accelerate planning artifacts, action tracking, and delivery reporting.Use AI for meeting summarization, risk pattern detection, and follow-up generation.Apply responsible AI usage standards across the pod.Validate AI-generated outputs before team adoption.
