Objective:
Elaborate and calculate weekly payment, with the procedure and Company policies in order to accomplish with the employees payment from DMEX as well as the determination of reports that derive from the payroll.
Main Functions:
- Generating Excel reports with the incidences in order to analyze and compare them with the incidents reported from HR. Based on this, the payroll will be calculated in tress for the payment.
- Generating the Excel reports based on the imported paid of each of the concepts per department and making a conciliation in order to verify that the information will be sent properly.
- Generating the Excel reports of what we have registered on the tress system and make the conciliation in order to verify that the payment is correct.
- Reconciling the registered movements from the payroll and the IMSS; fulfilling with the legal dispositions with the purpose of generating reliable and accurate information.
- Registering on the database for the check elaboration of every payment.
**Requirements**:
- English A2 (intermediate) or higher
- Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration or Industrial Relations
- 1 -2 years in similar position.
- Experience using SUA, IDSE




- Desirable Experience using TRESS (experience using any other mexican payroll software will be accepted)
