**JOB SUMMARY**
Planning & Scheduling of Preventive Maintenance program, Improve the preventive maintenance Performance, Improve Operational KPIs and delivery on time of production lines and Keep control of the maintenance cost.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Prepare work packages for every planned or unplanned maintenance activities.
- Request, receive, and supervise required material to assist maintenance activities.
- Collect drawings, manuals, and other documents to assist contractor and maintenance repairs or modifications.
- Ensure to execute all PM techniques to improve overall efficiency.
- Coordinate to rebuild spare equipment through external suppliers.




- Maintain critical spare parts inventory for key assets (BOM)
- Create procedural manuals that explain how to do preventive tasks
- Estimate costs of labor and spare parts for industrial equipment and facilities
- Adjust schedules to account for unexpected emergency work.
- Coordinate and schedule with maintenance staff, contractors, and external vendors the preventive maintenance plan execution.
- Perform a critical evaluation of the downtime generated in the lines of production, do the root cause analysis of the main failures, assign improvement tasks, and measure the progress towards the accomplishment of the goal.
- Measure the progress and recording of preventive WO in the system, according to the maintenance goals.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Engineer bachelor’s degree (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial)
- English verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience as a technician and maintenance supervisor.
- At least 3 years of experience as Maintenance Planner
- Know about warehouse management process
- Electrical and PLC technician
