- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to work any shift as well as rotating shifts.
- Problem-solving methodology (8D, 6 SIGMA).
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
- Knowledge of GD&T.;
- Core Tools (Control Plan, AMEF, PPAP, MSA, APQP, SPC).
- Auditing experience preferred.
- Knowledge Standard Work

- Make sure the accomplishment of Safety annual training applicable
- Support and management of continuous Improvement and coach problem resolution to the lowest level of the organization.




- Quality process assurance monitoring of FTT indicator and leading problem-solving teams focused on main offenders.
- Responsible of the internal indicators (Quality). Customer internals and externals rejects.
- Lead for the process annual capabilities machines.
- Identify sources of variation within a production environment effectively and efficiently through the SPC.
- Support concern resolution with cross-functional teams, including the Quality department, production, and suppliers.
- Ensure the department data, records and reports management according GIS1, GIS2.
- Interpret, understand and has adherence to applicable Integral Quality Standards and ES (Engineering Specifications) and make recommendations.
- Support during internal, 2nd party or third-party audits and lead required action plans.
- Responsible for fast response to External Quality Engineer for VO Claims/ warranty claims during first 24h after notification.
- Lead problem solving summary list. (Record and following all the issues related with quality).
- Identify, blocked and manage the defective or suspect parts according to applicable procedures and perform quarantines in QLS & CMMS.
