**Duties**:
- Work in embroidery software called Pulse to auto-digitize and make edits as well as digitize logos from scratch in DST format
- Sewout newly digitized files for accuracy and provide final samples prior to production.
- Communicate with the Customer Experience team about orders and logos where they have questions or concerns about the artwork.
- Be able to provide help to the Embroidery machine operators with logos and set-up.
- Assist with all duties asked of the Supervisor and Lead within the Embroidery Department including being able to perform all duties expected of them when needed.
**Qualifications**:
- 3+ years of experience working with Tajima Pulse or similar digitizing software packages.
- Must have high attention to detail and very high focus on quality and accuracy.
- Must have the ability to distinguish between colors.
- Proficient in English.
