**IT Recruiter (Mid-Level)**
**Description**:
We are looking for a mid-level IT Recruiter to join our team and cover a temporary leave. The initial contract duration will be (3 months), with the possibility of extension or permanency based on performance.
**What will you do?**
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions, from identifying needs to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and necessary qualifications.
- Post job openings on various platforms and social media.
- Perform background checks and reference checks.
- Utilize proactive recruiting techniques to attract top talent.
- Stay updated with recruitment trends and best practices in the IT sector.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of previous experience in IT recruitment.




- Deep understanding of technical profiles and the most in-demand technologies in the IT industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and prioritize tasks.
- Knowledge of online recruiting techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
Horary: Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
English requirement advanced
