**We’re Hiring! - Manufacturing Engineer**
Join our fast-growing metal-mechanic manufacturing team and help us improve productivity, quality,
and efficiency every day. We’re looking for a hands-on, proactive Manufacturing Engineer who shares
our values and wants to make a real impact on the shop floor and across the organization.
**What You’ll Do**
- Optimize and improve welding, stamping, and fabrication processes to increase productivity and
quality.
- Design and validate fixtures, jigs, and tooling that support safe and efficient operations.
- Lead root cause analysis (5 Whys, Fishbone, 8D) and implement long-term corrective actions.
- Drive continuous improvement (Kaizen) and support cost reduction projects.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance to reduce downtime and waste.
- Participate in international welding training (English required).
**What We’re Looking For**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in metal-mechanic manufacturing (welding or stamping preferred).
- English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Strong understanding of welding processes, fixture design, and process validation.
- Proficient in CAD (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar).
- Analytical, proactive, and hands-on approach.
