Sales Representative - Outbound Calls & Transfers (Remote)

Role Overview
We are hiring **Sales Representatives / Lead Generators** to make outbound calls and transfer qualified homeowners to a senior sales team.
This role is adecuado for someone who wants to **build real sales experience**, improve communication skills, and grow into higher-paying sales roles. You’ll receive training, daily support, and a clear path for advancement based on performance.
This is **not a closing role**—your focus is **dialing, qualifying, and sending clean transfers**.
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to prospective homeowners
- Introduce clean energy solutions clearly and professionally
- Qualify prospects and gather basic information
- Transfer interested homeowners to senior sales reps
- Accurately update notes and dispositions in the CRM
- Hit daily and weekly activity and transfer goals
**Requirements**:
- Previous cold-calling or sales experience preferred
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using dialers and CRMs




- Positive attitude, coachable, and resilient
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Personal computer, webcam, USB headset, and reliable internet
- Availability for a **full-time schedule**
Compensation & Growth
- **$200 USD weekly base pay**:
- Progressive commissions per qualified transfer
