Position: Production Planning Engineer
Location: Manufacturing Company
**Salary**: 25,000 - 35,000 MXN (based on experience)
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Age range: 25-45 years.
- 5+ years of experience in the same or similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- English as a working language.
- Strong knowledge of production and manufacturing processes.
- Proven experience in production planning, scheduling, and follow-up.
- Proficiency in SAP and standard office software.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage annual, quarterly, and monthly production plans.
- Prepare and monitor weekly production schedules, ensuring on-time finished goods delivery.
- Create seasonal production balance plans to optimize monthly capacity.
- Control and resolve planning system deviations, including order changes and cancellations.
