Our Member Support Team leads the way to make sure that our members have a world-class experience throughout their Landing journey. You’ll get to work with a tight-knit, fun group of people who are passionate about creating a great experience for our members. Our office is an open concept where we are working hard, but also having fun along the way, listening to music, and probably enjoying a plethora of our company-provided snacks!
**About the Role**:
**What You’ll Do**:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all of our members.
- Coordinate members’ move-in and move-out of Landing homes.
- Own the resolution of home issues, including diligent follow-up between members, hosts, and our properties.
- Creates necessary tickets for follow-up while ensuring the proper ownership to achieve exceptional member experience.
- Find solutions where possible to meet the needs and retain our members.




- Provide expert property knowledge to guide members throughout their Landing journey
**What You Need**:
- Fluent English
- Superb communication skills, both written and via phone.
- Ability to work a adaptable schedule
- Ability to work in-office at our Mexico City location.
- Be kind, self-motivated and hardworking
- Customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability to changes.
