At F5 BPO Services, a company specialized in contact center services focused on the financial sector, we are looking for Part-Time Agents for our lending operation (personal loans).

**Responsibilities**
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to personal loan requests or follow-ups.
- Provide clear and professional information about financial products.
- Verify data and record information in the system.
- Follow up with clients to complete approval processes or early collections.
- Meet quality, time, and performance objectives.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a call center (minimum of 6 months), preferably in lending, collections,



or customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM platforms.
- Completed high school or equivalent.
- Availability to work part-time.
**Available Shifts**
- Morning or evening shift (approximately 5 hours daily).
- Monday to Saturday (rest on Sunday).
