**What You’ll Own (Strategic, Not Tactical)**
**1. NEW LEADS — Surgical, High-Intent, Non-Obvious**
**You will**:
- Design intent-based lead discovery for waste, reuse, retail ops, facilities, ESG, logistics, and sustainability buyers
- Find signals others miss:
- Contract changes
- Vendor failures
- Compliance pressure
- New store/DC openings
- M&A;, expansion, or shutdowns
- Build city-by-city strike plans:
- Send the CEO to a city
- Book 8-15 high-quality meetings in 2-3 days
- With real buyers, not “nice to meet you” coffee chats
Deliverable:
“CEO goes to Chicago → here’s the list, the why, the hook, and the meeting flow.”
**2. CURRENT LEADS — Close What’s Stalling**
**You will**:
- Diagnose why deals die after demos and pricing
- Redesign:
- Deck structure
- Narrative flow
- Proof + risk reversal
- Objection-handling scripts
- Build closing systems, not “follow-ups”
- Why now?
- What breaks if they don’t act?
- Who else signs internally?
Deliverable:
A repeatable close framework that raises win rate without lowering price. Playbook, we can have the team follow an AI audit.
**3. ACCOUNT EXPANSION — Turn Customers Into Platforms**
**You will**:
- Create post-sale growth strategy
- Identify:
- Cross-sell paths
- Internal champions
- Expansion triggers (new regions, services, budgets)




- Design playbooks so existing customers grow without begging
Deliverable:
“If a customer buys X, here’s how we turn it into 3-5 revenue streams over 12 months.”
**4. RFP & ACCESS — Get Us Everywhere That MattersYou will**:
- Build a system to:
- Identify every relevant RFP (municipal, retail, facilities, ESG, waste)
- Track pre-RFP signals
- Get us invited before the RFP drops
- Develop partnerships, insiders, and unfair access
Deliverable:
“Here’s how we’re never surprised by an RFP again.”
**What You Will NOT Do**
- Run HubSpot
- Send LinkedIn messages
- Manage SDRs
- Push tools for the sake of tools
You design the plays. Others run them.
**Who You Are**
- You’ve built or scaled growth without relying on ads
- You think in leverage, access, and intent
- You’re comfortable going “undercover” in industries
- You can walk into a messy business and say:
“Here’s why this isn’t working — and here’s the fix.
**Bonus points if you’ve worked in**:
- B2B services
- Facilities / ops / logistics / waste / sustainability
- Long-cycle, multi-stakeholder sales
- Regulated or compliance-driven industries
**How We’ll Measure You (Very Clearly)**
- Meeting quality (not volume)
- Win-rate improvement
- Expansion revenue from existing accounts
- RFP access and conversion
- CEO time leverage (less spray, more precision)
