Netevia provides a suite of payment processing services that currently enable over 30,000 businesses across multiple industries to accept various forms of payments, including digital wallets, debit and credit cards, and Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions.
**POSITION: Risk Analyst**
We are excited to invite a dedicated and professional individual to join our team in the role of **Risk Analyst**. This position offers an excellent opportunity to be mentored by industry professionals and grow within a dynamic organization.
**PRIMARY DUTIES**:
- Perform retroactive MATCH inquiries on a weekly basis and ad hoc MATCH inquiries as necessary.
- Management Information System reporting daily and weekly.
- Manage and respond timely to monthly data integrity reports for MasterCard, Visa and Discover.




- Collect data for prospective merchant accounts in accordance with the Merchant Service’s Policy and Card Brand regulations.
- Ad hoc projects deemed necessary by manager.
**REQUIRED SKILLS, ABILITIES, KNOWLEDGE**:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize all tasks appropriately.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, Access, Visio.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of the merchant acquiring industry A plus.
- Spanish A plus.
- Prior merchant services experience.
- Bank representative A+
- English Proficiency
