Koch Engineered Solutions is looking to add multip le Production Supervisor s to our new manufacturing facility in support of our Koch
- Glitsch business. This position is in Apodaca, Mexico.
1 st Shift: 6:00am - 3 :00 pm
2 nd Shift: 2:30pm-11:30pm
3 rd Shift: 10:00pm - 6:00am
(Must be versátil to rotate shifts, Monday - Friday)

What You Will Do
- Leading a team of manufacturing professionals by providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure high-quality work
- Developing and maintaining production schedules that align with customer demand, resource availability, and production capacities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize and schedule production orders based on customer requirements and available resources
- Monitoring production progress, identifying bottlenecks, and taking proactive measures to address any issues that may impact schedule adherence
- Implementing and maintaining scheduling and programming tools, systems, and best practices to optimize efficiency and accuracy
- Analyzing production data, trends, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement and increased productivity
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives, driving operational excellence, and promoting a culture of innovation and efficiency
The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements (Basic Qualifications):




- Previous experience leading and developing individuals.
- Experience prioritizing and managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Conversational English and Spanish.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Previous experience in manufacturing environments.
- Previous experience in fabrication/welding environments.
- Previous experience in Engineer t o Order operations.
- Valid VISA and Passport.
