We are hiring **B2B Sales Agents** to join our on-site sales team. The role focuses on outbound sales to business clients, managing follow-ups, and maintaining long-term commercial relationships. This position requires strong English communication skills and prior sales experience.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to business clients
- Present and promote marketing solutions to business owners
- Manage and follow up on assigned client portfolios
- Handle objections and negotiate professionally
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups
- Participate in role plays, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **1 year of sales experience** (B2B, call center, or outbound sales preferred)
- **Fluent English** (spoken and written)
- Basic computer skills
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities




- Availability to work on-site and extend schedule until 8:00 pm if required
- Legal documentation to work in Mexico
Compensation & Benefits
- **Base salary**: $15,200 MXN gross, pay per week
- **Commissions**: Average $11,500 MXN net monthly (uncapped)
- **Hiring bonus**: $800 MXN after first training week

Selection Requirements
- Typing test (minimum 25 WPM)
- English interview
- Skills assessments (English, numerical reasoning, computer literacy, sales aptitude)
- Manager interview with roleplay
- Medical evaluation and background check
