**What You'll Be Doing**:
**Carrier Invoice Processing**:
Process and validate high volumes of carrier invoices, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
Ensure carriers are paid accurately and on time.
**Accounts Payable & Exception Management**:
Resolve AP exceptions, invoice discrepancies, and payment issues by working with carriers and internal teams.
Manage the AP inbox and respond to carrier payment inquiries and disputes.




**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:
Work closely with Carrier Sales, Compliance, and Operations to maintain data integrity and resolve payment-related issues.
**Documentation & Compliance**:
Maintain proper documentation and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for brokerage accounting.
Support internal audits and ensure records are audit-ready.
**Factoring & Carrier Support**:
Communicate with factoring companies regarding outstanding payments and required documentation.
Assist with carrier onboarding and data entry in systems such as Highway and TriumphPay.
**Reporting & Process Improvement**:
Track invoice processing trends and support reporting efforts.
Help identify opportunities to improve accounting workflows and efficiency.
