**Job Purpose**:
- Responsible for ensuring that the systems and processes that control production are applied ensuring adherence to customer specific requirements and compliance to local laws.
- Responsible for ensuring the production processes are carried out with the standard specifications based on agreed KPI's.
- Responsible for the availability of the provision of resources, people, machine and production space and the implementation of improvement programs.

- Supervises staff to produce manufactured products, and organizes and monitors workflow.
- Planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; and initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.

- Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
