**Customer Services Intern**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Deals with customer inquiries and complains and supports order process management and provides high quality services to customers.
- Keeps track of customers' satisfaction level.
- Maintains and updates daily order information.
- Supports sales team in the business activities, example AR, invoice, customs.
- Handles account checking, billing and invoice issue.
- Supports E&O; management.
**Qualifications**:
- Last semester of a bachelor's degree.
- Strong ability of communication and conflict management.
- Fluent in English and local language.
- Advanced level of using Microsoft.
