Bilingual Paralegal
**Location**: Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico (100% On-Site)
**Schedule**: Full-time | 5 days per week | In-office
**Monthly Salary**: $16,000 to $18,000 MXN
**English Level Required**: Advanced or Fluent
Position Overview
We are currently hiring a **Bilingual Paralegal** for a fully on-site position in Guadalajara, Jalisco. This role is adecuado for professionals with experience supporting attorneys through legal documentation, case preparation, and client communication.
The position has a strong administrative and legal documentation focus, with regular interaction with internal teams and clients.
**Important**:This is an on-site position in Guadalajara**. Remote or hybrid work is not available.
Key Responsibilities
- Support attorneys with legal documentation and case preparation
- Draft and review legal documents and forms
- Manage client files, case documentation, and data entry
- Follow up with clients and maintain professional communication in English and Spanish
- Maintain organized digital records and follow established workflows
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with internal procedures
- Collaborate with team members to support daily legal operations
**Requirements**:
- **Advanced or fluent English**, written and spoken
- Spanish proficiency, written and spoken




- Previous experience in a paralegal, legal assistant, or legal administrative role
- Strong written communication and document drafting skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment
- Availability to work on-site in Guadalajara, Jalisco
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with law firms or legal teams
- Familiarity with case management or CRM systems
- Experience supporting U.S.based legal matters
